Jenny McCaffrey was born in Northern Ireland in 1985 and is currently pursuing a career in film music composition. From a young age she expressed a talent for music, beginning with the piano she expanded her instrumental range to include the violin, trumpet, guitar, harp and cello.  

In 2005 she moved to Devon, England to further her studies in the art of composition.  There she attended Dartington College of Arts and graduated with a 2:1 BA Hons in Music Composition in 2008.  She specialised in writing music for film that she composed, arranged, performed and recorded.

She is currently studying a Masters in music for Film and Television in Bristol University, England.
